In this Video, I am sharing you a Tip on how to make the Perfect Creamy Grits without being lumpy or dry…Hope you enjoy it.

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1 cup quick grits
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Sugar, optional

In a large pot, bring the water and evaporated milk to a boil. Add salt and slowly add stir the grits into the boiling mixture. Stir continuously and thoroughly until grits are well mixed. Cover with a lid, lower the temperature, and cook for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water or milk if necessary. Stir in the butter and serve.
