This video shows how to select and clean mushroom
Select white color mushroom.. It is the fresh one..
The stem and the top of mushroom should be closed, if it has a gap it is a older.
Use mushroom freshly, or keep in fridge and use within a day.
Wash the mushroom, before cutting. Wash using plain water twice as shown in the video.
There will be black tiny tea powder over it, just wash it.
Now you can cut and cook. 3 minutes will be the cooking time for mushrooms.
