It turns out, I have about 400 vegan recipes (or vegan-adaptable recipes) on the blog– which honestly, totally surprised me – because that is about half of my recipes! Some are vegetarian recipes that can be easily adapted. I sorted through them all and found your favorites, and included some of mine too! Absolutely delicious! One of my personal vegan dinner recipes!
