An easy way to make your cakes a bit fancier is to have sugar fruit on your cake. It’s a very easy addition.

1. Add your fruit to simple syrup and drain with a sieve.
2. Put fruit on a tray
3. Sprinkle with super fine sugar and roll in excess sugar to ensure they are completely covered
4. Let sugar set for 30 minutes
5. Use on cakes in an attractive decoration
